Share in a wonderful opportunity to reconect your mind, emotions and physical body with your spiritual essence through meditation, Pilates with Emmanuelle Loustaunou and a mindfulness walk around the grounds with Land Steward, Tim Hall. We will also enjoy love and laughter with tea and cookies afterward in the tea room as we bring the morning to a close.

10:15-11:00 Mindfulness Walk with Land Steward, Tim Hall
11:15-12:00 Tea and A Healthy Snack
You may also just take the Pilates class with Emma for $15.00!
Optional: Please bring your own yoga mat, socks and a blanket for Pilates. All skill levels are welcome.
