Meditation Mount is pleased to share with our community a great learning and development experience for young people from all over the globe (from 18-35 years old) who want to engage in potentializing their inner talents and make an authentic contribution to the challenges we face today in the world.
Eleven Tibetan Buddhist Monks, endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, bring the Mystical Arts of Tibet to the Mount on Sunday, May 24th from 7 to 9pm.
David Henderson, twenty three years old, composed his first album Soothing My Soul at the age of sixteen. He has graciously allowed us to share some free streaming meditation music with you.
Meditation Mount is located in the Ojai Valley, five miles east of downtown Ojai, ninety minutes north of Los Angeles and one hour from Santa Barbara. We are open Wednesday – Saturday from 8:30am to sunset. Join us for morning meditation!
