Naming Meditation Mount in Your Will

By making a bequest through your will or any other testamentary document, you will be helping to ensure that Meditation Mount’s service will continue for years to come.
 

Meditation Groups, Inc. is the legal name of Meditation Mount. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and our federal tax exemption number is 06-6054153. 
 

Unconditional gifts of cash and marketable securities for the benefit of Meditation Mount are always welcome and may be made as follows:

“I give, devise, and bequeath [percentage/amount/description] to Meditation Groups, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, located at PO Box 566, Ojai, CA 93024, Tax Identification Number 06-6054153.”

Bequest Intentions

Any gift with conditions or real property will need to be formally accepted and ratified by the board of trustees of Meditation Mount. If this is your wish, please present your conditions or specify your real property in writing.

For example, you may wish to suggest a specific use for your bequest, such as “upkeep of the grounds and building maintenance” or “to provide scholarship funds for meditation retreats.” The Meditation Mount board of trustees will consider such designations within the context of its Mission and determine how such funds will be applied and allocated.
