Each Thursday at sunset, join us for yoga + sound meditation guided by Elizabeth Del Negro. This is a time to connect with your mind, and heart, in our beautiful Auditorium.  

The session includes a peaceful yoga flow, integrating breath with gentle movement suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. We will close with a sound meditation.

Every Friday, you are invited to join us for Sunset Sound Meditation with Kelly Jean Anderson.

During this very powerful meditation, you will experience Sacred Sounds, Instruments, Voice, Breathwork, and Vocal Activation.  Group experiences have the potential to be very transformative, clearing, connecting, and creating healing vibrations. 

Every Sunday morning, Suburbanoid performs a blissful sound meditation experience at Meditation Mount.  Ease into a state of deep relaxation while enjoying the sounds of  live instruments such as Fusion Sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar with electric bow, Koshi chimes, gong, harmony bars, synthesizers, sound loops, and vocals

Join Alana Mitnick in the Mediation Mount auditorium one Saturday a month to bring us into a more loving, conscious, and honest relationship with ourselves, others, and the natural world.

Drawing awareness towards the subtle body through breath and sensation, this gentle yoga flow is designed to awaken the heart and inspire a flow of energy, in preparation for meditation.

Release, relax, and let go with gentle Yoga and gong Yoga Nidra, led by Carrie Gorrell and Lida Martin at Meditation Mount.

The session will begin with a Creative Meditation, peaceful Yoga flow, integrating breath with gentle movement, and continue with a beautiful gong Yoga Nidra experience, which induces deep relaxation, heightens awareness, integrates changes, and accelerates healing.
