Sunset Yoga + Sound Meditation

Each Thursday at sunset, join us for yoga + sound meditation guided by Elizabeth Del Negro. This is a time to connect with your mind, and heart, in our beautiful Auditorium.

The session includes a peaceful yoga flow, integrating breath with gentle movement suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. We will close with a sound meditation.

Sunday Morning Sound Meditation

Every Sunday morning, Suburbanoid performs a blissful sound meditation experience at Meditation Mount. Ease into a state of deep relaxation while enjoying the sounds of live instruments such as Fusion Sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, guitar with electric bow, Koshi chimes, gong, harmony bars, synthesizers, sound loops, and vocals

Yoga + Mediation

Join Alana Mitnick in the Mediation Mount auditorium for a seasonal workshop designed to bring us into a more loving, conscious, and honest relationship with ourselves, others, and the natural world.

Drawing awareness towards the subtle body through breath and sensation, this gentle yoga flow is designed to awaken the heart and inspire a flow of energy, in preparation for meditation.

Each month at the time of the full moon, we are afforded an opportunity to come into greater resonant relationship with the subtle realms of the Soul. We invite you to join us in-person or virtually to deepen our connection and communion with the indwelling Planetary Life as an act of service to our world

Each month we gather to explore a specific theme that is relevant to the continuing unfolding of the Soul and to uncover how this relates to what is actually happening in our world as part of the needed transition into a more soul-inspired society based on spiritual values and principles. These broadcasts provide opportunities for us to connect the insights of the Ageless Wisdom teachings with the down-to-Earth requirements of personal transformation and the task of building a better world together.

Signs of Hope

Signs of Hope is a series of conversations with pioneers serving the Common Good and actively sowing seeds of a better world at every opportunity. The intent behind this series is more than just naming people and projects around the planet that are giving birth to hope – its deeper purpose is to create a portal through which the presence of Fiery Hope can enter and ignite the heart of our humanity.
