Pilates & Body Mind Alignment (CANCELLED)

In this class we explore body mechanics through awareness, stretching and pilates exercises. We restore the body to a state of ease and alertness. We learn to integrate the whole body through a stronger and tension-free core. is class involves both standing and oor work with the use of small props. Open to all levels. No prior experience necessary. We have some mats to share but please bring your own, as well as 1 yoga block and a thera-band if you own them.
