Yoga Nidra: Guided Meditation

If you’ve experienced the restorative, clarifying benefits of deep sleep, then you’re already familiar with the benefits of Yoga Nidra. Literally meaning “yogic sleep”, during the experience you’ll lie in a flat position as you’re guided through a unique combination of intention setting, breath, and body scanning techniques. The experience creates deep relaxation, allowing you to drop from a state of thinking and doing to feeling and being where unconsciously held blocks are released, intentions can be actualized and creativity can be unleashed.
No experience or intellectual understanding is required, only the desire to relax and breath. Wear comfortable clothing and bring any items that allow you to lie comfortably (pillow, yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow). Tatami mats will be underneath, as this meditation will happen in our Chi Room, which is the next door to the left of our Meditation Room.
Corey Gehrt, has studied with renowned Yoga Nidra expert John Vosler and achieved certification from the Amrit Institute.
