Sound Experience with Damian Gallagher
November 12 | 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Come journey into a sound bath and breathwork experience with Damian at Meditation Mount. This is an opportunity to connect more deeply with the inner self. We will begin with setting an intention as a way to attract what you’re wanting in your life – whether it is for healing, self-love, or personal growth.
Most of the experience is meant to be received in a restful pose lying on your back (Savasana), however, you are welcome to position your body in any way that feels good for you. At different points in the session, Damian may move through the space with various instruments. Breathwork instructions will be offered during the session and are considered optional.
Please bring a yoga mat and anything to make you feel comfortable, such as a blanket or pillow.
Damian has been offering Sound baths and breath work to our local communities since 2016. His sound journeys range from the traditional instruments of the Didgeridoo and Native American Flute to 432Hz Crystal Singing Bowls and Gongs. He offers breathwork as an optional part of the meditation and sees breathwork as a powerful way to access the body’s intelligence to heal itself. Damian continues to be in wonder at the nature of sound and the amazing effects these vibrational frequencies have on the human body, mind, and spirit. Damian finds joy and a sense of purpose in working with people. He has trained in Hakomi, Yoga, and Relational leadership, and is the membership manager for FireTenders.org a men’s group organization.
The Meditation Mount gate will open 30 minutes prior to the event start time, allowing guests time to center themselves and connect with the land.
This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within two hours of the event should the event be canceled.
