Meditation Mount is pleased to present Sing Your Heart Out Kirtan on Saturday, February 25th from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm. Activate the chemistry of inner bliss with Julia Berkeley and Matthew Hufschmidt in a celebratory Kirtan inside our beautiful auditorium.

Kirtan is a call-and-response chanting practice that moves the heart toward an experience of inner silence, boundless love, and intimate union with the Divine. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been doing it forever come and enjoy the regenerative power of mantra and sacred sound amidst the mesmerizing beauty of Meditation Mount.

As Krishna Das says “The ability to sing beautifully is enjoyable, but not necessary. What matters is singing from the heart.” You don’t need to be able to sing, just be willing to give it a go and feel the effects!

The Meditation Mount gate will open at 12:30 pm to allow guest time to connect with the land and enjoy the grounds.

This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within two hours of the event should the event be canceled.

Originally from the UK, Julia Berkeley is a singer-songwriter, yoga teacher, and transformational facilitator, currently sharing her passions in Ojai, California, and around the globe.
