Suburbanoid Album Release Concert

Suburbanoid will be performing a relaxing meditative concert outside at Meditation Mount’s viewpoint, overlooking the entire Ojai Valley, celebrating the worldwide release of the new album ‘Sound Bath Meditation Volume 1’. The 90 min concert will consist of all original, relaxing meditation music, vocal arrangements, and piano compositions. Special guest to be announced. Followed by a meet & greet with the artist and tea & cookies on the terrace.
Suburbanoid will perform selections from his new album which features an array of instruments including Fusion Sitar, Tibetan singing bowls, gong, vocals, sound drones, and more.

The concert will also feature songs from Suburbanoid’s other album releases, the award-winning “Virtual World Tour concert series” Japan, recorded and filmed at Meditation Mount and solo piano compositions from his “Malibu Fire Sessions” album. Both of these albums were recorded by Meditation Mount’s former executive director Brian Ziegler and Suburbanoid. The concert will also feature songs from his first music for meditation album titled “Lite Roast”. This album was recorded in 2008 and inspired and curated during full moon ceremonies at Meditation Mount.

Suburbanoid will also be releasing “Meditation in a Bottle”, a 3-hour collection of his sound meditation music, including the newest album.
The Meditation Mount gate will open 30 minutes prior to the event start time, allowing guests time to center themselves and connect with the land.
Please note that the event time listed includes time for community connection and to explore the property and the International Garden of Peace.
The audience is invited to bring yoga mats and blankets. Chairs and back jacks will also be available.
