Welcome! You are invited to join us at Meditation Mount for a yoga and sound meditation Thursday evenings at sunset. The experience will be led by yoga teacher and healer, Lyndsay Pennington of Mountain To Mat, overlooking the beautiful Ojai Valley from our gorgeous viewpoint.
This is a time to connect with your mind, heart, and body in the picturesque garden surroundings. The session will begin with a peaceful yoga flow, integrating breath with gentle movement suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. We will close with a meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls.
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you may find useful, such as a bolster, pillow or blocks. Because this will be held outdoors, you may like to bring a blanket with you for our closing meditation. Please maintain a sense of peace and quiet while respecting the other visitors during their Meditations.
The Meditation Mount gate will open 30 minutes prior to the event start time, allowing guests time to center themselves and connect with the land.
Please note that the event time listed includes time for community connection and to explore the property and the International Garden of Peace.

This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within eight hours of the event should the event be canceled due to registration and a full refund will be issued. Should you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so by emailing Connect@nullmeditationmount.org. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before the event time are eligible for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.
Lyndsay is a Registered Yoga Teacher, Reiki Energy Healer, writer, artist and spiritual seeker living in Ojai, California. A former media executive for over a decade, Lyndsay’s yoga and meditation practice helped her cope with the high stress and “always-on” environment. In 2018, she went on to study Yoga and Healing Sciences at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. Since then, she has been teaching private and group yoga classes, adapting her teachings to focus on each student’s individual journey. She strives to make yoga accessible and inclusive for all who wish to practice.
