Join us for a Winter Solstice Ceremony Presented By Meditation Mount with Julia Berkeley and Kelly Jean Anderson on Wednesday, December 21st, at Meditation Mount.
December 21st marks the beginning of winter in the Northern Hemisphere and the turning of the yearly cycle. As we align with the rhythm of nature, at this still point of the year there is a powerful opportunity to remember and reconnect to the immense peace that dwells at the heart of all that is.
Take a journey into the fertile darkness through deep relaxation (yoga nidra), sound healing, kirtan, and meditation that will support you to relax, let go and hear the quiet whispers of your heart. Together we will plant seeds for what is to come and release into the darkness that which no longer serves.
Amidst the busyness of the holiday season we pause together for the upliftment of ourselves, our families, our global family and our mother earth. We pause together to seed our collective field with love and peace for a bright coming cycle.
The Meditation Mount gate will open at 6pm and Magic Hour tea will be served.
We will begin at 6.30pm.
Please note that the event time listed includes time for community connection and to explore the property and the International Garden of Peace.
