Meditation Mount is pleased to present Yoga with Alana Mitnick every first Saturday of the month in the Auditorium.
Yoga brings us into a more loving, conscious, and honest relationship with ourselves, others, and the natural world. Drawing awareness towards the subtle body through breath and sensation, this gentle yoga flow is designed to awaken the heart and inspire a flow of energy, in preparation for meditation.
Guided by love, Alana’s presence and teaching allows for the space to pause and listen within. Her yoga classes that are accessible to people of all ages, bodies, and abilities.
Alana, E-RYT 500, has been a dedicated practitioner of Yoga for over 25 years. She completed her training with Kira Sloane through Lulu Bandha’s Yoga School and has been teaching consistently for 15 years. She owned the Ojai Yoga Shala for five years while simultaneously serving as Lead Content Producer at Yoga Anytime from 2014-2022. Alana teaches Restorative and Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings at Bodhi Salt Yoga in Ventura.
As a new mother, Alana continues to practice and share Yoga because it keeps her honest, conscious, and invites a quality of ease and spaciousness into her relationships and everyday life. She is committed to a path of service and integrity and aims to live a wild, wholehearted, authentic, and meaningful life.

The Meditation Mount gate will open at 11:30am and the class will start at 12:00pm.
This event requires at least five registered attendees. If less than five guests are registered it is subject to cancellation. You will be notified via email within two hours of the event should the event be canceled.
