I hereby release and agree to hold Meditation Mount harmless from and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of Meditation Mount, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any time spent at or services received from Meditation Mount. I understand that this release discharges Meditation Mount from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Meditation Mount with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any time spent at or services received from Meditation Mount. This liability waiver and release extends to Meditation Groups INC., Meditation Mount together with all board, employees, contractors, and volunteers.

Further, I take responsibility for my own health and agree to behave in such a manner as to not place the health of others at risk.

Notice of Filming

By your presence in this area and at this venue, you are consenting to be photographed and/or otherwise recorded. Such recordings may appear and be used in any and all media in connection with productions produced by Meditation Mount.

No Pets Picnics or Alcohol Policy

You acknowledge and accept our policy of no pets, picnics, or alcohol.
