Kick off the day with a guided meditation that will help you connect with your inner child and creativity, facilitated by Board Certified Hypnotist and Reiki Practitioner, Margo Drucker (www.margohypnotist.com)

Tap into your internal rhythm, explore the relationship between the hoop and Medicine Wheel, and move your body with some cool hoop tricks with Healing Hoop Artist and Peace Advocate, Tisha Marina (www.choosingpeace.org)

Learn womb yoga techniques to release stagnant energy and access your full feminine power with Transformational Mentor and Healer, Spirit Halima (www.facebook.com/spirithalima

Create your own womb oil using herbs specific to the winter season with Herbalist and Botanist, Amanda Davenport (www.indigoraybotanical.com)  

Let your heart sing through the drum with an explosive and powerful drum circle and voice activation facilitated by Sound Facilitator and She Who Builds Creator, DeAnna Carpenter (www.dellesings.com)

To maintain COVID compliancy and social distancing, all activities will be outside in line with all Meditation Mount’s worship activities, which are conducted outdoors, and Registration is limited to 30 women.
