Sunset Sound Meditation with DeAnna Carpenter

Welcome!  Breathe in, breathe out and allow your body, mind, and spirit to surrender and simply let go. This Sunset Sound Meditation at Meditation Mount with DeAnna Carpenter of Trinity of Sound features intentionally selected instruments that are intuitively played to clear stuck energy in your physical and subtle bodies, provide stability and grounding, and usher you into a deep and lasting sense of peace, clarity, and presence. This experience begins with a meditation and intention setting, which leads into 50 minutes of continual sound, followed by a post-sound grounding stretch. Instruments include quartz singing bowls, Atlantis gong, buffalo and ocean drums, chimes, rain stick, voice, and more.

Space is limited to create a safe and beautiful healing container.

The Meditation Mount gate will open at the start time listed on the event and the sound will begin 30 minutes later.

We encourage you to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or anything comfortable upon which to sit.
